06jili Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 06jili platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without creating an account. By accessing 06jili through any device — whether a desktop computer, mobile phone, or tablet — you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full, along with any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.

06jili reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 06jili platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Access to and use of the 06jili platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 06jili or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 06jili platform for violations of these Terms.

06jili is obligated under PAGCOR regulations to verify the age and identity of all registered players prior to processing any withdrawal. We employ a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that may require you to submit a government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the KYC process is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full range of services offered on the 06jili platform — including placing bets, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 06jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 06jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. 06jili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods published on the platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are typically credited to your 06jili gaming wallet within minutes of successful processing through your chosen payment provider. 06jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications network issues. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within a reasonable time, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests submitted by verified players in good standing are typically processed within one (1) business hour for GCash and PayMaya, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers. 06jili reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks that may extend processing times in specific cases.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified identity on file with 06jili.
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 06jili will not process withdrawals to accounts, wallets, or bank accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• 06jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

All deposits made on the 06jili platform are final once processed. Chargebacks or reversals initiated through your bank or payment provider without prior authorization from 06jili constitute a violation of these Terms. 06jili reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in respect of unauthorized chargebacks.

06jili offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement by reference.

General provisions applicable to all bonuses offered by 06jili include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• 06jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying wagering obligations on already-accepted bonuses will be honored.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated betting strategies, or coordinated play — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses not used within their specified validity period will expire and cannot be reinstated.

All games available on the 06jili platform — including slot machines, live dealer table games, sports betting markets, and specialty games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by human dealers operating in fully monitored studio environments. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage over a statistically significant number of rounds.

06jili partners exclusively with licensed game studios whose products have been independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. In the event of a technical fault, malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round may be void and stakes returned to your account. 06jili's decision on the resolution of any disputed game outcome, made in good faith after reviewing available logs and data, shall be final and binding.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 06jili platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using 06jili to process proceeds of illegal activity, launder funds, or engage in structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer table games.
• Cheating software: Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account under the same or different identities.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access any part of the platform, another user's account, or the underlying software infrastructure without authorization.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with 06jili support or compliance teams.

All content on the 06jili platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 06jili or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 06jili content without prior written consent from 06jili. Unauthorized use of any 06jili intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

06jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering with 06jili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (subject to your preferences). 06jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on our platform. Gaming should be enjoyed as entertainment and never viewed as a reliable source of income or a means to recover financial losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 06jili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or any other commercial losses, even if 06jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 06jili's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 06jili account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct on the part of 06jili.

06jili reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable Philippine law.
• Receipt of a request or directive from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or law enforcement authority.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspected collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons not involving fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your 06jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses may require resolution of those requirements prior to processing the final balance withdrawal.

06jili may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting updated Terms on the platform. Where changes are material, 06jili will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. Minor updates, including clarifications and typographical corrections, may be made without notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 06jili platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the 06jili platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and 06jili, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Any dispute not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
